No. The card opens right in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen.
Can I try it as staff?
Yes. Open the staff demo and use demo PIN 1234. The owner demo PIN is 5678. Scan your own demo card with the camera button.
How do staff stamp a card?
The customer shows the code on their card and staff scan it with the shop’s phone or tablet. They can also look the customer up by card number.
Does it connect to our register?
No. Stamkunder runs next to whatever register you have. Staff scan the customer’s card on a phone or tablet.
Can customers stamp their own cards?
No. Only staff logged in with the shop’s PIN can give stamps. A screenshot of the code only shows who the customer is. If a stamp is given by mistake, staff can undo it.
What if a customer gets a new phone?
Staff find the customer and tap “Move card to a new phone.” The customer scans the code with the new phone and keeps all their stamps.
Can we choose the reward?
Yes. You choose how many stamps it takes (8, 10 or 12) and write what the customer gets.
Can I see if it’s working?
Yes. The owner page shows customers with a card, stamps in the last 7 and 30 days, how many came back, your top regulars and all activity.
What do you store about customers?
Only a first name, card number and the card’s stamps. No email and no phone number. Read more in the privacy policy.
What happens after I sign up?
We call you, set up your shop with your name, style and reward, give you the counter sign with the QR code and show your staff how to scan. Then you’re ready.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing is charged automatically. To keep the shop, tap “Activate shop” on the owner page and we’ll call you. All cards and stamps from the trial come with you. If you do nothing, the trial shop is deleted after 14 days.
Can we send messages to customers?
Yes. Customers who added the card to their Home Screen and said yes to notifications can get a short message from you, like today’s special. You can send one message a day from the owner page. Customers are also told automatically when their reward is ready.
Can customers recommend us to a friend?
Yes, if you turn on “Share with a friend.” The customer taps “Share with a friend” on their card and sends the link, and the friend gets the first stamp free when they get their card. The owner page shows how many came through a friend.
How do I get back to my shop?
Tap “Log in” at the top of the page, find your shop and use your PIN. Staff log in the same way on the shop’s phone or tablet, and the device remembers it for 60 days.
